• • Accept these Terms and Conditions;
• • Be approved by JuiceBet at our sole discretion.

2.2 We reserve the right to reject or terminate accounts that:

• • Do not align with our brand values or legal obligations;
• • Pose reputational or regulatory risks.

You agree to:

• • Promote JuiceBet responsibly and lawfully;
• • Use only approved tracking links and creative materials;
• • Refrain from misleading marketing, spam, or brand impersonation;
• • Avoid bidding on restricted keywords (e.g., JuiceBet brand terms);
• • Comply with all applicable laws including:

• ○ Betting, Lotteries and Gaming Act (Kenya);
• ○ Kenya Data Protection Act 2019;
• ○ Communications Authority of Kenya advertising codes;
• ○ Advertising Standards Board of Kenya (ASBK) guidelines.

You must not:

• • Target underage or self-excluded users;
• • Engage in cookie stuffing or hidden iFrames;
• • Create player accounts via your own links;
• • Misrepresent your relationship with JuiceBet.

4.1 Commissions are calculated as a percentage of Net Revenue from Qualified Players, unless otherwise agreed.

4.2 Details of tiers and rates are displayed in your affiliate dashboard.

4.3 JuiceBet reserves the right to adjust commission structures with 7 days' prior notice.

4.4 Commissions are not payable:

• • For self-referrals or incentivised traffic;
• • Where fraud or abuse is detected;
• • On activity breaching these Terms.

5.1 Commission payments:

• • Are made monthly in arrears;
• • Are subject to a minimum threshold of [e.g., $100];
• • Are paid via [e.g., Bank Transfer, M-Pesa].

5.2 You are responsible for:

• • Keeping payment details current;
• • Paying any transaction or currency conversion fees;
• • Complying with applicable tax obligations.

5.3 JuiceBet may withhold or cancel payments:

• • For suspected fraud or compliance breaches;
• • If incomplete payment details are provided.

6.1 All JuiceBet trademarks, logos, and marketing materials remain our sole property.

6.2 You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved materials solely for Programme promotion.

6.3 Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7.1 You must comply with:

• • The Kenya Data Protection Act 2019;
• • JuiceBet's Privacy Policy;
• • Any reasonable data handling directions we issue.

7.2 You may not:

• • Collect or use personal data beyond what is necessary;
• • Share customer data with third parties;
• • Send direct marketing without consent.

7.3 Violations may result in termination and liability for damages.

8.1 You have access to real-time reporting through TheAffiliatePlatform dashboard.

8.2 Reports include player activity, commission calculations, and payment history.

8.3 Data may be delayed by up to 24 hours for verification purposes.

8.4 Disputed data must be raised within 30 days of the relevant reporting period.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• • Creating fake or duplicate player accounts;
• • Using automated traffic generation or bots;
• • Engaging in click fraud or artificial traffic inflation;
• • Promoting gambling to minors or vulnerable individuals;
• • Operating in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal;
• • Misrepresenting JuiceBet's terms, bonuses, or services;
• • Using spam, unsolicited emails, or aggressive marketing tactics.
